“Called for an appt for a laser tattoo removal on 02/19/2014 at 11 am in Forney. Arrived and gave the business a once over. Entrance was clean and neat. Receptionist was friendly and took care of me quickly. Tattoo tech called me in and the appt was on time without being made to wait. I had more pain than I expected and the tech helped me thru it and took her time to apply the numbing cream. This did delay the procedure, but was very helpful and appreciated.
The procedure took about 15-20 minutes and was explained thoroughly and to my satisfaction. While it was being done, I looked all over the back room and found it to be clean and comfortable. The tech used gloves, sterile equipment for after care and followed the proper technique. I have had a total of three previous tattoo removals from a Dermatologist so I knew what to look for. I was very satisfied from what I saw and experienced.
I am a Registered Nurse with 16 years of experience and would have ran if anything wasn’t perfect. I was impressed by their demeanor and patience.

“I just had my second massage in the life. Chrissy was excellent! As an assistant principal at a school, I am always attentive to customer service. I felt valued and respected from the get go. I’ve seen some reviews about missing appointments that have not gone well, but I didn’t get that vibe from My Spa. I assume they have a strict policy on cancellations (I mean it is a business). I would recommend My Spa to anyone who wants a great massage experience from the initial customer service walking in to the actual massage. I will be going back soon!”

Yesterday, my hubby and I decided to treat ourselves to a couples massage and he is extremely picky about his massages. He had to have deep tissue, due to lots of neck and back issues. He was extremely pleased with his massage and said Chrissy gave him the best massage he’s ever had!!! And he signed up for the monthly membership and booked his next appt!! “I had the new HydraFacial done and was so impressed with Chrissy the owner of My Spa Boutique. I initially called them about getting an IPL photofacial and was assessed over the phone by Chrissy who gave me really good advice for delaying that until I would be sure to be out of the sun for a while. She also let me know about the newest and popular HydraFacial that has recently hit the market place. I really appreciated her honesty and professionalism over the phone. I was a bit hesitant to do business with this spa after reading a bad review; but knowing that there are always 2 sides to every story coupled with our phone conversation, I decided to give them a try and I’m so thankful I did. She did an awesome job and my skin looks so much brighter and younger after only one treatment. I’m coming back to try some of their other services. “I found My Spa Forney on groupon and have now been at least 5 times in 4 months. Chrissy the owner is so engaging and fun to talk with I always enjoy our conversations. Their prices are reasonable and she even tried to talk me out of a treatment she thought I didn’t need (which makes me feel like she cares about what’s best for the customer). I’ve only gone for lasers and a peel so I’m not able to comment on other services, but I’m sure they don’t disappoint.”
“I went in to get myself all prettied up for my date with this really cute guy! They did a great job on my mud mask and doing my eye brows. I wanted to have my bikini line done but I didn’t have time and I’m a bit of a pansy when it comes to waxing! But I did take time for a deep tissue massage. There is nothing more relaxing than a strong mans hands rubbing out all that tension while I listen to some classical music!

“This business is ridiculous. I had an appointment today and realized I might not make it in time. So I call and let them know ahead of time. The lady said that since I have a package, I have to forfeit the two procedures I paid for and can’t reschedule. Seriously? She said I had a previous no call no show so I would just lose it. I had the date for the next Saturday and they never sent a reminder. We worked it out, I explained what happened. What a horrible way to treat your paying customers.”
